My wife and I have observed that we have been having more house guests, aka ants, this summer than we usually have.  They just love coming for a visit and always elect to stay in the coolest rooms in the house,  In our house those room are the guest and master bathrooms as they are right under the main air conditioning vent.  Here in Georgia we have Fire Ants and you'll know why they're called that if you get bit by one.  Their bite is painful, and leaves a welt.  Not fun!  It is advisable to kill all the little buggers you see.  Don't feel compassionate and spare them as they have absolutely no compunction against making you suffer.  I know, ants don't intentionally attack someone.  Right?  Wrong!  You remember those National Geographic shows that feature ants on the hunt in the Amazon?  Well friends, I here to tell you that ant attacks are not location specific.  Wherever there is a live ant there is going to be an attack on humans as soon as they get close enough, and they will get close enough. 

So beware of brother ant this summer.  You don't have to worry so much about sister ant, she just lies around.  Not that she's lazy.  Far from it.  All that laying of eggs has to be, I'm sure, very taxing.
